I really anticipated an awesome episode after waiting so long for it, but to be honest, there were a few things that killed it a bit for me.

Firstly, the length of the episode was really short. I didn't expect it to end where it did. Also, the characters talk to much in this episode. I liked the talking scenes in SMBZ, but the characters kept saying obvious things in this episode. There were some funny parts though, like when the crew gets that thing thrown back at them and they all scream ... well, you know (I'm trying to phrase this abstractly so I don't spoil anything for someone who hasn't seen the episode yet). Talking's fine, as long as there's something to talk about. I liked to see something experimental, like the zooming in so you could see a more detailed picture of the characters. The fighting scenes were good to, and I laughed a lot at a few reference jokes. I'm sure you're capable of a lot more, and I only hope that I don't have to stay disappointed with SMBZ. For as far as I'm concerned, SMBZ is an excellent series. Just make sure it doesn't end up as a thrown away idea, OK?

Anyway, I'll always be a SMBZ fan, even with little disappointments like these, because I know you can create things that are out of this world. I've seen the possibilities, but I've also seen a lot of possibilities wasted in other things as well, so be careful not to lose the interest of your fans.

Keep up the good work, Alvin Earthworm. I hope this review has been helpful to you and not at all a form of complaint.

This is not just some random shooting game, where you spasticly have to tap ONE single key, like most of these kind of games. No, this tests your skill, strategic thinking, and if you pay enough attention, this can be a total laugh!

P.S.
I played this a few years ago and I loved it, I was NOT GOOD AT ALL, kept dying, and when I reached the first boss, I died instantly. Now, it is STILL challenging. Good work on that.

Good graphics, funny parts (like making enemies hurt eachother accidentally and eating brains for HP O.o BRAINS!), nice music, you can unlock things, etc. It;s all there! Great job, excellent game!
